Semi-Custom New Home in Country Ridge - Woodstock

	This semi-custom ranch is located in the Country Ridge neighborhood of Woodstock. This home has a brick front exterior, english basement, maple hardwood flooring, 11' and 9' ceilings, a formal dining room, upgraded kitchen with hard surface counters, and exquiste custom interior painting completed by the owner.
	Maple floors, rounded corner bead drywall, open staircase with oak railing and metal ballisters.
	Wood burning fireplace with gas starter. Custom wood fireplace mantel with marble inlay in the fireplace face and flooring. Great room features 11' ceiling.
	Maple hardwood extends into the kitchen. Cabinets are Bertch Markeplace brand. Counter is Staron hard surface with integrated double bowl sink. Appliances are Maytag.
	Master bath includes this whirlpool tub surrounded by marble tile.
	Large dining room includes tray ceiling and maple hardwood flooring.
