Semi-Custom New Home in Woodstock

This is a semi-custom ranch home in Country
Ridge (Woodstock) using our Savanna plan. This home was built as a builder's model
and sold to a buyer in 2007. This home features brick front elevation and a
dramatic arched stone entry. This home also featured a 9' English (daylight)
baement, 9' and 11' first floor ceilings, aluminum siding and Marvin Integrity series
low-e windows. |

The open floor plan included a well designed
kitchen with premium appliances, dining area and arches to the large great room.
